Tarihçe
İDV Özel Bilkent Lisesi, 4 yıllık lise programı uygulayan Anadolu Lisesi statüsünde bir okuldur. 2005 - 2006 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı itibarı ile kademeli olarak uygulanmakta olan haftalık ders çizelgesine göre 9., 10. sınıflarda haftada 40 saat; 11. sınıflarda haftada 38 saat ders yapılmaktadır.Özel Bilkent Lisesi, Sayın Prof. Dr. İhsan DOĞRAMACI tarafından, 1993 yılında “İhsan Doğramacı Vakfı” na bağlı olarak oluşturuldu. Emerson’ un “Her eylemin atası, düşüncedir.” savından hareketle, düşünce eğitimini hayatının en büyük amacı haline getirmiş olan Prof.Dr.İhsan DOĞRAMACI, eğitimde evrensellik ve özgünlük gibi hedeflere ulaşabilmek amacıyla Milli Eğitim sistemine bağlı olarak hizmete açmıştır.
History
İ.D.V Özel Bilkent Lisesi is a four - year program high school in the category ofAnatolian High schools. According to the weekly course schedules, which are being applied gradually through 2005 – 2006, 9th and 10th grades have 40 and 11th grades have 38 hour classes per week. Our school was founded in 1993 as a part of İhsan Doğramacı Foundation, established by Prof. Dr. İhsan Doğramacı. In line with Emerson’s statement “the ancestor of every action is a thought”, Dr Doğramacı, who believes that the ultimate goal of education is to promote critical thinking, established Özel Bilkent schools to achieve universal educational standards and encourage creative individual thought.
